Shipping Policy

We know that you want to receive your clothing, hat, shoe or accessory purchase as soon as possible, so we aim to despatch your order on the same day as standard, provided that you place your order before 2pm, Monday to Friday. We will send you an email letting you know that your order has been received, another when your parcel has been despatched and keep you updated along the way. 




UK Orders

Most clothing, hats, shoes and accessories will be sent via Royal Mail First Class, and should take 1 – 2 days to arrive. For an additional charge you can also upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is guaranteed by 1pm the next day. This service requires a signature. Two attempts at delivery will be made, after which a card will be left to rearrange delivery or collection from depot.

Overseas Orders

Delivery cost is calculated according to your shipping destination (see the table below). Most clothing, hats, shoes and accessories will be sent via Royal Mail International Signed-for. For an additional charge it is possible to upgrade to an expedited service with UPS. Heavy or high value items will be sent as standard via UPS at our discretion. Both services will require a signature upon delivery. Overseas customers please provide a phone number as part of your address.

We take responsibility for items that we have sent whilst they are in transit, but upon delivery the responsibility passes to you or whomsoever provides a signature for your parcel. Delivery times in the table above are accurate most of the time, but are a guide only. Occasionally delays in delivery may occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as inclement weather or postal strikes, for which we cannot be held responsible. During busy periods such as Christmas, despatch of clothing, hats and accessories may take a little longer, but we will still get your order to you as soon as possible. Please note that although goods are despatched with the utmost expedience, and delivery times listed on the website are accurate most of the time, they are based on a third party and may vary.

All goods lost in transit will be replaced or refunded. Please be sure you are happy with the delivery method before choosing. When an item of clothing, hats, shoes or accessories are lost in transit Royal Mail and our other delivery agents insist that 21 working days have past before a claim is made. If an item has not arrived with you in this time then, at our discretion, we will replace the item immediately and continue to pursue a claim at our leisure.

Despatch times depend upon stock availability. In the unlikely event of a delay with your order, you will be contacted straight away. Bespoke items will be subject to individual arrangements, which we will discuss with you. Overseas customers should be aware that we provide all necessary documentation for customs, and cannot be held responsible for any delays. For any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred.
